Uganda’s number one celebrity singer Eddy Kenzo is giving back to Ugandan community after making mints of cash from his deemed successful music career.
The “Dagala” singer has showed the initiative and spearheaded the campaign to build a proper school for residents of Kamina fishing village in Kibaale district since the only school Mukuno nursery and primary school is in total shambles.
Eddy Kenzo promises to use his music and celebrity status to fundraise for the new project and also urged other musicians to join him in this campaign and bring a ray of hope to the future citizens of this country.
The Mukuno School is both nursery and primary school located on Kamina fishing village on the shores of Lake Albert, in the mountainous parish in Ndaiga sub-county, just behind Kyaterekere trading Centre in Kibaale and it is the only school available for a community of 3,600 people
One of Kenzo’s fans commented on his post;

Most of the celebrities have come up of late to give back to community by spearheading charities, marathons and many other projects. We are glad that Eddy Kenzo is doing the same.
