Rwandese representative Frankie opened up to Nigeria’s Tayo about his feelings for Uganda’s representative Ellah. Frankie bragged about how he does understand Luganda and speaks it even better than his crash Ellah because he was born in Uganda.
In their little dialogue Frankie narrates an incident where Ellah got for him aglass of water and he told her how badly he need a chat with her , that chat never happened because she told him he was drunk and they would talk may be the following day.
