Norman Musinga has been the traffic boss for Kampala metropolitan for a long period of time.
Exclusive information we have landed on is that he has been fired, reportedly. Meanwhile, we understand that he has been taken to Bwebaja for further training. Sources at CPS claim that the surprise of his firing came in on Tuesday at 5 am last week. On Wednesday morning, he was asked to hand over office equipment and board a police van off for further training.
Norman has been battling a divorce case with his ex-wife Kinkuheire for some time. She accuses him of dumping her and running away with another young woman. In Norman’s defence, he says that after three years of marriage, she developed unbearable behaviors that forced him to flee their marital home in Rubaga. He also alleges that the last child is not his.
Another source at CPS alleges that Norman was fired because of his love for sex and woman. It is said that Norman had been summoned to the disciplinary committee so many times over sex.
Norman came to the limelight when he was summoned to stop Kizza Besigye from walking to work. A few years back, when the FDC launched the walk to work campaign, Police boss entrusted Norman and other officers to handle the situation.
However, he didn’t do the good work he was expected of. He was relieved of his duties but later returned as the traffic Boss.
