Tanzanian sensational singer, Diamond Platnumz's troubles caused by his loose zip keep compiling day by day.
A case of child neglect has been filed against him by a Kenyan lady he reportedly gifted with a live seed about 2 years ago.
Our snoops have learnt that Gladys Butoto has dragged Diamond Platnumz to court for fathering and neglecting their one-year-old daughter known as Patience.
Gladys told Tanzanian newspaper, "Uwazi" that on several occasions, she tried reaching Diamond but her efforts were futile.
She also claims he deliberately refused to go for a DNA test after he had denied fathering the child. "He had previously accepted to conduct a DNA test but he failed to show up on the day of the test."
"Had we hatched a plan on how this child's welfare will be taken care of, I would not be here suing him for child maintenance. I would not be here troubling myself, "Gladys concluded when asked why he had sued the "Eneka" singer.
It is clear that Diamond has been in a child neglect scandal before.
He was sued by his baby mama Hamisa Mobetto not so long ago.
