Vision Group Journalist, Charles Etukuri, who enjoyed some minutes of fame months back thanks to his arrest is back in the news.
He was picked from outside his work station by mysterious men, thrown in a car and taken to a secret interrogation place.
It was later discovered he was in the hands of security organ, ISO.
His arrest was celebrated by many who branded him as Kayihura's mole. Investigator's Stanley Ndawula is among those that celebrated his arrest.
Now following, Ndawula's kidnap on Friday night, which happened in the same manner as Etukuri's, the latter is celebrating and not shy about it.
"There are limits to blackmail. Its sad but Ndawula celebrated when I was arrested and the same chaps used him to write negative stories about me," Etukuri wrote on social media.
Ndawula was released on Sunday after being detained at a secret location in Kyengera.
