Controversial socialite Brian White was summoned to appear before the Human Rights committee of Parliament on Friday last week but he didn't turn up.
His accusers, Stella Nandawula and Vivian appeared before the committee last week and testified that Brian White did all the mischievous things against them for a period of two years.
He, however, defied the Parliament's call and swore never to face the committee.
He believes that they are already biased, no one is willing to listen to his side of the story.
Brian White is said to have asked his lawyers to file a defamation case against his former secretaries who accuse him of rape and torture.
He denies the allegations saying they are baseless and aimed at tarnishing his name.
