Kizito Ongom mostly known as Kasumali, rumored to be the man that featured in the now trending sex video of Bukedde TV news anchor Sanyu Mweruka was Thursday afternoon arrested by police from his studio in Makindye on allegations of engaging in pornography acts and distribution.
It is said that Kasumali planted a camera in the room where he anticipated to have sex with the lady who is alleged to be Sanyu. However Kasumali denied the allegations and told police that he is not the one in the video
If convicted and found guilty, Kizito Ongom will be charged under the Anti-Pornography Act and could face a 10 years jail sentence or a UGX 10M fine.
