Savage X Fenty creator Rihanna saw her house allegedly broken into on May 9 by a supposed stalker.

According to TMZ, 27-year old Eduardo Leon claimed to local police that he was there to have sex with the singer – and added that he had planned not to use force on Rihanna.

Leon was allegedly tased and arrested by the LAPD after Rihanna’s assistant found him at her California home.

According to reports, the assistant found Leon charging his phone and calmly unpacking his bag.

Following the alleged incident, Leon has been charged with one felony count of stalking, first-degree residential burglary and vandalism.

He was also charged with one misdemeanour of resisting arrest.

Leon a fellow California resident, is accused of hopping a fence and entering a house owned by Rihanna.

The Umbrella singer was not at home when the alleged incident took place.

If convicted, Leon faces a maximum sentence of six years in state prison.

A spokesman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office said: "On May 9, Leon is accused of hopping a fence and entering a house owned by Rihanna, who was not home at the time.

"The defendant spent about 12 hours inside the home and was arrested the next day after being discovered by the singer's assistant.

"If convicted as charged, Leon faces a possible maximum sentence of six years in state prison.

"The case remains under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department."
