Local musician, Rema Namakula is the center of attention after releasing a love song, Sili Muyembe, whose lyrics have been interpreted to be directed at her baby daddy, Eddy Kenzo.

In the song, Rema says she has a parade of men chasing after her, asking for her number, but she doesn't submit. She says she loves this man, yet this man is not treating her well. She threatens to snap out.

"Sili muyembe, bwoba oninda kwengela olimba," which translates, I am not like a mango, if you're waiting for me to get ripe, you're mistaken.

The song has got chins wagging. Kenzo's post on Thursday has also helped to fuel matters. He wrote, "Don't care" on his wall.

But Rema has said in an interview that if she wanted to relay any message to Kenzo she would not do so through a song, "I would tell him privately, one on one."

The two lovers have had issues  in their relationship for a long time. Kenzo has been linked to a number of girls, something Rema hints on in the new song.
