After criticizing Pastor Bugembe for kneeling for Mama Fina and entertaining booze at his concert at Africana Hotel last Friday, Pr Aloysious Bugingo has vowed never to run adverts to promote Bugembe’s shows on Salt TV or any other media he owns.
“If we don’t advertise those things, just understand. I don’t want my people to be misled. I have nothing against Bugembe but I don’t want to advertise things that will throw people off the right path,” Pr. Bugingo told his congregation during a sermon.
“It is good that some people doing these things are not yet married. Wait when they hold wedding ceremonies. The booze will be too much. Wait!” Bugingo added.
Bugembe has, however, responded by saying, God loves all sinners, and he is not about to stop associating with them. He wants to use his influence to pull them closer to God.
