Before her hit song, lover letter Ft Bebe Cool in 2013, singer Irene Ntale was just an ordinary girl who walked around from bar to bar to entertain couples on cold nights as they enjoyed a coffee date. She was signed to Muyenga based Swangz Avenue where she produced songs like Sembera, Stay with me, Gyobela among many others but like they say, nothing lasts forever, Irene Ntale partied ways with the music label after 4 years to start a solo career earlier this year.

Music critics and some of her fans predicted that she would fade away from the music industry. Some said she wasn’t talented enough to understand music business, promote and market music since this was earlier done by an experienced team.

But, sometimes you can never know how strong you until you are pushed to the wall so hard. She has taken on the steering wheels very well.

Let’s make a countdown of the biggest songs this year and we shall not miss ‘Kyolowoza’ that has become a household hit on the airwaves. The song was written by Year Oman Rafiki, the guy behind jams like ‘Kabulengane’ and it was shot by Meddie Menz.

Like that’s not enough, she has recently bounced back with a club banger titled ‘Stamina Daddy’ that is catchy. Other more jams include a project with Nigeria’s Banky W set for 2018 and another one out on the streets with Stone Boy.
