Former UPDF Spokesperson Lt. Col. Paddy Ankunda has been appointed head strategic communications at Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) headquarters in Mbuya.
The development comes after the commander in chief, President Yoweri Museveni made re-deployments of senior military heads at the Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence and Uganda Rapid Deployment Capability Centre (URDCC).
