They say every dog has its day. On Friday, the management of Vision group decided to suspend Josephat Seguya, the gossip presenter over allegations of extortion.
Seguya was accused of soliciting money from singer Angella Kalule and other artistes.
The management had no much proof but centered on Angela Kalule case. It was alleged that Seguya asked for a ransom from the singer to keep her nudes from leaking to the public.
When Bukedde TV editors learned about the allegations, they called for an immediate meeting where they tasked unidentified person to secretly investigate Seguya’s operations and report back.
After concluding the investigations, it was found out that indeed Seguya asked for money from Angela Kalule and other people.
He immediately tabled in his apology letter which earned him a suspension for one month.
To avoid the talk, Seguya took the next flight to America and has been posting pictures of him in an aeroplane flying to the US
