It is finally over for NSSF’s Deputy managing Director, Geraldine Ssali.
Sources confirm that her contract will not be renewed and she is secretly organizing to hand over the office. Last week, the Board of Directors at NSSF expressed their dissatisfaction on how Geraldine Ssali runs her work.
It is alleged that the board has never been impressed by the way she conducts business at NSSF.
Executive director Richard Byarugaba’s contract has however been renewed making him longest serving director of NSSF of all times. It is record that Richard and Ssali are sworn in enemies. In fact, Geraldine Ssali has been in and outside court with NSSF.
One time she took NSSF to court after she was forcefully sent on leave over unclear circumstances. It took her lot to get back in office.
In a local tabloid interview, Geraldine Ssali revealed that Richard Byarugaba and his friends don't like her at the helm of NSSF and they are doing all possible ways to disorganize her.
