City music promoter Abtex has accused NRM diehards, Bebe Cool and Kusasira for trying to sabotage Bobi Wine's 'Kyarenga' concert scheduled to take place at Namboole stadium.
While appearing on Bukedde TV for an interview, Promoter Abtex openly told the show host that Catherine Kusasira and Bebe Cool are taking advantage of their closeness with President Museveni to stop the show from happening because they are jealous of Bobi Wine's recent success.
However on Thursday, Namboole management signed a memorandum of understanding with Bobi Wine's concert promoters, giving a green light to the concert. The concert is scheduled for 9th Nov this year.
It should be noted that few weeks ago, Abtex together with other city music promoters decided to boycott Bebe Cool's public performances, claiming to be concerned about his life.
