For almost two years, the entertainment sector has been closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

And most entertainers have been forced to resort to handouts from different sources.

The National Cultural Forum headed by veteran musician Ragga Dee received money from Gen. Saleh Salim amounting to Ugx 800M.

The money which was branded “Gulu Money” was meant to compensate entertainers for losses incurred due to the pandemic.

The Mcees received their fair share, but deejays have never received a single penny.

Ragga Dee kept silent about the money that he received about six months ago until he was put to the sword to account for it a few days ago.

Ragga Dee told the deejays that he has their money, but he is only waiting for them to get organized.
