Frank Gashumba, a media critic, believes that his daughter Sheila has the best skin in Uganda.
Frank explains that Sheila's body is truly captivating, with a natural brown complexion that has led some people to compare her to individuals of Spanish descent.
However, the father wonders why his daughter continues to use makeup despite her naturally fine appearance.
"My daughter Sheilah C Gashumba has the best skin. I don’t know why she loves makeup so much when she already has a Spanish-like complexion," he shared in a local radio interview.
Frank Gashumba also suggests that the widespread adoption of makeup might be a cultural shift among young people, especially females.
