Born born 12 April 1994 is a Ugandan research consultant, community organizer, businessman and politician. He is the elected District Chairperson of Youth in Uganda's biggest Opposition party Forum for Democratic Change - FDC For Kyegegwa district.

Alinaitwe Kagaba is the Founder of Kyegegwa Activists For Development organization , the chairperson of the Kyaka Development Agenda Forum , the National Poor youth Forum District Coordinator, Activist For Change Coordinator Member and also a member of the Youth FACT Uganda organization in Mbarara an organization that is aimed at fighting corruption in Uganda.
In 2015, he was the District Coordinator of Go Forward Coalition , the political Party that was represented by the Former Ugandan Prime Minister John Patrick Amama Mbabazi in 2016 Elections. and is the founder and former managing Director of DAGREAT ENTERPRISES UGANDA (DEU), a Ugandan bussiness and marketing organization. He is also a founder member of Excel Junior School in Kabagara, Kakabara, Kyegegwa District in Uganda and sits on a number of committees of charitable organizations and Political organisation.
Early life and Education
Alinaitwe Kagaba was born in Kabarole District, on 2 April 1994 in a Faith of Unity family.But later the family migrated to Kyegegwa district in 1995.Settling in Ihunga Village, Ihunga Parish, Kakabara Subcounty, Kyegegwa District.
Alinaitwe Kagaba changed Religion status from Faith of Unity to Born Again Christian at Kings Church Of God Ntuntu in Kigambo Subcounty. He attended Njarayabaana Primary School in Kadindima, Rwimi Kabarole District, Nsongya Primary school and joined Kisoko primary school in Kyegegwa district, being a prefect in all those schools, He joined Kibiito Ss,Kakabara SS Kyegegwa District for his O-Level academic qualifications and Hill Side High school Itojo for his A-Levele ducation.
Alinaitwe Kagaba further advanced to Bishop Stuart University for his University education where he graduated in 2015 with a Diploma of Guidance and Counseling Programme.
Alinaitwe Kagaba currrently is aChief marketing officer Western Region Uganda Ultimate Security Group a security company providing private security services in Uganda and abroad, Founder Kyegegwa Activists For Development organization Registration No KYCDO/0662 in Kyegegwa district an organization providing Charity services to the community. He also served as a Regional Distributor and Organization Marketier of Afro Cinema Uganda a film marketing organization based in Kampala.
