Guitarist, Producer, Artist and Singer - Staroce Philly was born 1990 in his home town Mbale,  he however grew up in Kampala City where he got inspired to take on the Musical journey as early as 2002; Philly studied and graduated with a bachelors degree in Information Technology at IUIU Main Branch in Mbale, he started recording music in 2008, and playing Guitar with several kadongo kamu artists and later joined bands like eband, bisso jazz band as a lead guitarist, he then linked up with Henry kiwuuwa and Jose Mayanja of Grayce records in 2010 located in Kanyanya. He started recording music professionally and learning Music production as well. Philly now works at Bayimba Records based in Kamwokya as a Producer as he records his own music and performs around Uganda for his Soul music fans. He is currently working on his Album entitled "My Acoustic".
