Media personality Jaxta has revealed that Bobi Wine gave him his first interview, which was a turning point in his television journey.
Jaxta, who started hosting with Record Television, explained that he faced a lot of struggle when he replaced Douglas Lwanga, and most celebrities undermined him. However, Bobi Wine came to his rescue.
He said Bobi Wine called him and asked to be interviewed on live television, something that sparked his growth into a television career.
"Most people never believed in me, and they kept abusing me with all sorts of words. Many thought I was the reason why Douglas left the Katogo show, but Bobi Wine came to my rescue when he made himself available for an interview with me, and that was the turning point in my life. The interview went viral, and most critics were forced to love me," he partly said in an interview with a local YouTuber.
Jaxta revealed that it's for this reason that he still preaches Bobi Wine's beliefs and remains grateful to the NUP President.
