Legendary singer, Jose Chameleone must fire his wardrobe manager as soon as possible if he has any.The singer who is currently in Democratic Republic of Congo for a music concert dubbed Amaani Festival was pictured again in an armless white stripped T-shirt.
The singer was first spotted in the same outfit last year on the 18th July during an interview on NTV the beat with Douglas Lwanga.
This has left fans wondering whether Chameleone is broke or he just lacks a stylist.
