The government of Uganda last month formed a committee to monitor and prosecute consumers of pornography in the country. In fact, Ethics minister Simon Lokodo said the government would spend Ush2 billion ($556,000) each year to fund the activities of the committee.
Now, the committee carried out a research and they have up with some interesting facts.
Using top-end gadgets, the Ministry Of Ethics and Integrity has found that Kampala, Jinja, and Mbarara are the top districts that enjoy porn.
According to the survey, Porn is watched by mostly people between 17 and 50 years of age...who are usually in a relationship. Apparently, this data was delivered by the software that works on basis of the search queries that originated from various districts on the web.
