The Parliament of Uganda recently tabled a motion to ban marijuana saying it is affecting the health of many citizens.
Bobi Wine, however, defended the use of the drug arguing that they should not waste their time on it since it's not as dangerous as the other drugs on the market.
The Kyadondo East MP argued that the Parliament should first deal with most pressing matters. He questioned why the government has never banned/ restricted the sell of 'kuba' yet in his view it is one of the most dangerous items on the market.S
