Music promoter Balaam Barugahare has graduated with a doctorate in humanities. He has earned the title of doctor from Zoe College in the USA
Balaam says he is happy for attaining the title and it shows how much he has been doing in helping people and advancing people’s lives.
Balaam was honored among other people including Kyabazinga of Busoga, Wilberforce Gabula, and Phanero’s Apostle Lubega.
Balaam dedicated his award to Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
